The office is open Monday to Friday from 8:30am to 5:00pm.
Why is your delivery so expensive?
We accept that some of our delivery options, international for example, could be considered expensive - however postage costs are based of a variety of factors including stamp cost, cost of boxes and packing materials, and the cost of the individual packing your order. For example, an item going by Royal Mail's 2nd Class Signed For service, the stamp cost alone is £3.60 (with it increasing year on year). In order to ensure your order reaches you on time and in the best condition possible, we only deal with the best shipping methods and packing materials.
Do you do this brand of coffee?
We are always in negotiations with Italian roasters, either directly or via their UK distributors, to bring a greater selection to our customers. However if you cannot see the brand you are after, give us an e-mail at email@example.com or call us on 020 8441 8284. If you are willing to order case quantities or more we may be able to get this coffee to you sooner.
Do you do gift certificates?
Regrettably we have stopped producing gift certificates for espressodrinker. Should you think there is still an outstanding balance on your account please contact us.
Whilst we no longer do gift certificates we can still send parcels as gifts to your friends or family - just make a note in your order and we will ensure that no invoices are placed in the parcel.
