Product Description

Large induction hob adaptor due back in 26/02/2013. Any orders for large induction hob adaptor plates will automatically be sent next-working day delivery at no extra cost.

This adaptor is made from stainless steel, and allows you to use regular saucepans, moka pots and creamers on induction hobs.

When the plate in switched off, it keeps food warm for more than ten minutes-use all pots for induction cooking.

Removable heat resistent handle for taking the diffusor out of the plate. Made in Italy.

I was searching for this product for bring my moka pot alive. The plate heat up quite fast and I need to monitor the "poosh" sound and take out the pot immediately.
It works!

It works for Italian stove top espresso maker and stainless pan. It does not work well with my clay pot. I had tried twice long cooking time but not able to make it work. I have to experiment.
The shipment came super fast after order, so I was very impressed with Espressodrinker. I will order again.

Looks good, works, we only use the handle to hang it up, not when we're using it on the hob as the induction wouldn't work.

Bought this so as to use Alessi coffee pot on new induction hob.
Already discoloured.
Coffee pot takes up to 15 minutes to come to boil.
The tongs supplied with it are only useable if a thin blade is used to lift disc - which inevitably slides about on hob before it can be removed. Have sustained burnt fingers already.
leaves circular mark on hob which needs plenty of elbow grease to remove after each use.
My advice is to buy or save up and buy a good quality stand alone coffee maker.

Having just moved and left my gas hob behind I was horrified that my favourite coffee maker and several really fav saucepans of mine wouldn't work on the ceramic hob. A quick google and I found the frabosk and have now bought a small and large one so I never get stuck. Only criticism is that they don't clean up so easily.

I did not realise this sort of product existed and had resigned my favorite pans to the roof space to use in our holiday cottage. My skillet was I thought a particular loss...HoweverI can no use whenever I want on my induction cooker....so pleased!
Turkish Coffee Saved!

Well what can I say, I was in turkey and bought myself a cezve (Turkish Coffee Pot) as I love the stuff, I had hopped it would work on the induction hob but sadly the bottom is slightly concave and so wouldn't work, I did some research and found this adaptor plate and it's brilliant, not only can I now have coffee I also have a hotplate I can use for any non-induction pot (Like a ceramic casserole).

Beautiful thing to again enjoy the real coffee, since I have changed ceramic hob into induction and I had no chances to use moka pot. Induction Hob Adaptor Plate allows to use regular saucepans as well.
