I am really impressed with the foam that this produces. However when I received the item there was scratch marks along the top edge of the container, which shows the lining has been damaged

This creamer does not produce the froth the same as one used with a microwave. The milk seems to separate and not asynchronous froth is produced. Also I found it quite dangerous as when I went to froth up the milk it exploded out of the lid twice _ scalding milk is not good! I have another creamer which I put in the microwave then froth it is perfectly safe and easy to use with no mess unlike this one unfortunately
